Stacy Purdom is a Elite Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning through International Sports Sciences Association. Stacy has taught fitness kickboxing for 7 years and is a certified instructor for Krav Maga Self Defense. Stacy's passion is to empower people, through fitness and good nutrition, to become stronger than yesterday.

Full Body Workout

Fitness kickboxing is a combination of boxing, Muay Thai and Karate. It’s a stand-up combat sport, a full-body cardio and strength training workout that allows you to clear your head, punch your stress away and torch mega calories.

The fitness kickboxing exercise tones the whole body, improves balance and increases flexibility. The coordinated kickboxing movements target upper body, lower body, and a great abdominal workout.

Depending on the intensity of the workout, in 30 minutes, you can burn more calories doing fitness kickboxing than you can in other hour-long, aerobic-based workouts. Studies have shown you can burn over 300 calories in a 30 minute workout.  Plus when you add weights into the workout, you continue to burn calories for hours after your done working out.
