My personal philosophy is everyone should incorporate some type of exercise into their lives.
Exercise has many health benefits: physical, emotional and mental health benefits. Exercise will not only help with weight loss but also increases your confidence, helps you sleep, reduces stress, and helps you feel better overall.
Good nutrition is also an important key to overall health and has many great benefits as well. I combined my knowledge and experience to offer fitness kickboxing at home.
This will allow you the flexibility in your busy day to squeeze in that workout but the workout isn’t a chore, it is a fun way to gain all the health benefits, get fit, practice self defense and feel great!
I am an Elite Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning through International Sports Sciences Association.
I have taught fitness kickboxing for 7 years and has studied Krav Maga Self Defense.
